1. Trade Secrets

By using this site you agree to not divulge trade secrets or use any information available on this site to compete with HSB Group LLC. You also agree not to copy, reproduce, republish, use or sell any information from our site for any competing commercial purpose. Competitors or future competitors are not permitted to access this site or information from this site. Use of your login to allow or grant competitors of HSB Group LLC access to our information or to copy our functionality is not permitted.

2. Refunds

As event director you agree to be responsible for all refunds requested by entrants of events you manage on WebReggie.com. HSB Group LLC shall not be financially liable to refund entry fees, charges for merchandise, charitable contributions or other monies owed to entrants by you the event director or your organization.

3. Outages

You agree that you will not hold HSB Group LLC liable for any loss of business, lost opportunity, consequential, indirect, special or incidental damages as a result of any interruption in service by the WebReggie.com site.
